My name is Ivo and I'm running a small bakery in Wageningen where we (me, Sara and Dave) make mostly sourdough breads, some sweet stuff and every now and then some pizza too. We try to use good and as-local-as-possible ingredients: flour from De Vlijt, veggies and herbs from Pluktuin Sayuran, rest from organic wholesaler BD-Totaal.

25/12 and 1/1 there is no market. Also Gieterij is closed from 25/12 to 3/1. I will be off for some time in January, but not sure when exactly. For now you can order bigger quantities of everything for Christmas and New Year, including some festive breads like stollen and braided brioche.
